Realplayer Downloader and Browsing Salloumi:
Recently, some visitors of Salloumi suffered from Internet Explorer (IE)
freeze while browsing the website. When a user watches four videos or more, the
next videos freeze the page until they are loaded completely. It is a major
issue actually and was resolved. This issue does not show up when we browse the
website using Firefox, but IE.
Issues Users may Notice While Using Internet Explorer:
1. Sometimes videos do not load after few clicks within the website
2. Some images do not appear
3. Pages do not load ever until browser restart

في الاونة الاخير يعاني بعض الزوار من مشكلة في متصفح مايكروسوفت (انترنت
اكسبلورر) وهو عند مشاهدة عدد من ملفات الفيديو فان المتصفح يتوقف عن العمل الى ان
يتم تحميل الفيديوا بشكل كامل. المشكلة لا تظهر في متصفح اخر مثل الفاير فوكس،
ولكنها موجودة في متصفح انترنت اكسبلورر فقط.
مشكلات قد يواجهها الزوار عند استخدام انترنت اكسبلورر:
1. في بعض الاحيان و بعد عدة ضغطات بالموقع، ملفات الفيديوا لا تعمل
2. بعض الصور لا تظهر
3. تتوقف الصفحة ولا يمكن عرضها حتى يتم اعادة تشغيل المتصفح
ماهي طريقة حل المشكلة؟
How to fix?
Here is our issue. Realplayer downloading button which appears above the
video screen. This button communicates with the video file to gain an
access to it so it can be downloaded.
You can download the file, and you can view few videos. However, within
the next three videos, the video you play freezes our page and you
cannot navigate to another page until video loads completely.
هنا نجد المشكلة. برنامج ريل بلير يتيح لك المجال لتحميل ملف الفيديو
المعروض وذلك عن طريق الاتصال بالملف بشكل مباشر ليتم تحميله
تستطيع تحميل الملف، ولكن بعد عدة ضغطات على صفحات الموقع وعند تشغيلك
فيديو اخر ستجد انك لا تستطيع الذهاب لصفحة اخرى حتى يتم انهاء تحميل الملف
الحالي في الشاشة (كما ترى الشريط الابيض الى ان يصبح رمادي بالكامل) |

To solve this issue all you have to do on your Internet Explorer is to
click on:
1: Tools
2: Manage Add-ons
3: Enable or Disable Add-ons
لحل هذه المشكلة كل ماعليك ان تفعله في متصفح انترنت اكسبلورر الخاص بك هو
الضغط على التالي
1: ادوات
2: ادارة الاضافات
3: تشغيل او ايقاف الاضافات |

You'll have a box containing your disabled and enabled plug-ins for your
IE. On enabled, find a plug-in called "Realplayer Download and Record"
which is published by "RealNetworks, Inc"
Click on it, then click on Disable, and finally click on OK.
سيظهر لك قالب يحتوى على الاضافات المشغلة والموقفه الخاصة بمتصفحك.
في اضافات المشغلة، ابحث عن اضافة اسمها "Realplayer Download and
Record"
ومنشورة بواسطة
"RealNetworks, Inc"
اضغط عليها ومن ثم اضغط على ايقاف وبعدها على موافق |

You will see an alert telling that there won't be any effect until your
browser restarts. Click OK and then restart your browser
ستظهر لك رسالة من النظام تنص على ان التعديلات لن يتم تنصيبها الى ان يتم
اعادة تشغيل المتصفح. اضغط موافق وبعدها اغلق المتصفح واعد تشغيله |

If you do all these steps, you will not face any other
issues when you browse the website. If you use Firefox you do not have to do all
the instructions above. Enjoy!
